Comparative analysis of a solar trigeneration system based on parabolic trough collectors using graphene and ferrofluid nanoparticles

In this comparative study, the thermodynamic analysis of a trigeneration system driven by parabolic through solar collector based on two different types nanofluid is performed. A standard consists subsystems, including an absorption heat pump and organic Rankine cycle. Two nanoparticles (graphene ferrofluid) that possess excellent diverse physical properties within base fluid (Syltherm 800) were selected to be fluids in Four fluids, namely R123, R401a, R601, R601a, for cycle are examined. The results clearly depicted improvement performance. It was found graphene performed better as compared ferrofluid nanoparticles. largest temperature outlet obtained at 257.4? with Syltherm 800/graphene. highest net power produced 134.1 kW maximum overall energy exergy efficiencies 160.5% 21.84%, respectively. collectors main source destruction value recorded about 683 kW.
